Hey, I'm Anna Grace: a chai drinking, poetry loving, international politics nerd who wrote her first story at the age of 5. Ever since I can remember, I've loved listening to stories and writing about the world.
My mama likes to tell people about the time she took me along for brunch with her close friend, Shirley. While they were in the midst of a heavy "adult" conversation, I suddenly nudged her shoulder. Assuming I was bored and ready to go, my mama replied, "Just a second, I'm almost done!" I allegedly rolled my eyes and said, "Don't you know I want to talk to Shirley, too?"
I like to say that's when my journalistic instincts were first put on display. Forever curious, I write stories that empower, move and inform my community.
